Payments & Deposits

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order.

• Full payment is due the day before collection or delivery.

• All deposits are non-refundable once your order is confirmed

Collection & Delivery

• Once your cake is collected or delivered, it becomes your responsibility. We are not liable for any damage after this point.

• Please respect your agreed collection time. If you expect to be late, kindly inform us in advance.

• Arriving late without notice may result in late fees or even cancellation, as we have limited refrigeration space

Design & Final Product

• Photos are for inspiration only. Every cake is handmade, so the final product may vary slightly.

• Complimentary items (when offered) are not guaranteed and may not meet usual standards, please do not rely on them.

Allergy Disclaimer

• All cakes are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens, including dairy, gluten, eggs, and nuts.

• We cannot guarantee that any product is allergen-free, even if not listed as an ingredient.
